Introduction: Indium coating machine is also called target welding machine. The technology of coating indium on the surface of traditional copper plate, ITO glass, silicon dioxide and other metal and non-metallic surfaces is manual coating, and the disadvantages of manual coating are very obvious: 1. The indium coating is uneven, which will affect the use effect of the coated material; 2. The indium coating is not firm and easy to fall off due to the manual scraping method; 3. The efficiency of manual scraping is very low and consumes a lot of manual labor; 4. Due to control or other reasons, indium metal will be wasted. Our ultrasonic technology solves these problems. It is mainly used for surface coating of planes, inner holes and outer circles, replacing the previous manual scraping technology.
